Service details, scope, and rates will be confirmed during booking.
Booking & Scheduling
Services may be scheduled via our website, phone, or email. Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
Minimum Booking Time: Some services may have minimum duration or booking requirements.
Arrival Window: We allow a 30-minute window before or after the scheduled start time due to traffic or unforeseen delays.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service charge.
Missed Appointments: If we are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, a fee may be charged.
Payment Terms
Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted Payment Methods: Secure online payments, major credit cards, or pre-approved electronic transfers.
Recurring Services: Weekly and biweekly plans are billed according to your chosen frequency. Discounts may apply for recurring clients.
Access to Property
It is your responsibility to provide access to the premises. If you will not be present, arrangements for keys, codes, or remote access should be made in advance.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and safe service, we ask that you:
Secure pets and valuables.
Inform us of any delicate surfaces or areas to avoid.
Disclose hazardous conditions (e.g., biohazards, infestations, sharp objects).
Provide parking access where necessary.
Safety & Working Conditions
We reserve the right to decline service if working conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for cleaning. This includes the presence of hazardous materials, aggressive pets, or unsanitary environments outside standard cleaning scope.
Damage & Liability
Our team is trained and insured, and we take great care during service. In the unlikely event of damage:
Report the issue within 24 hours of the appointment.
Clean My Spot will investigate and, if appropriate, repair or compensate for the damage.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not securely fastened (e.g., shelves, curtain rods).
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We’ll return to re-clean the affected area at no extra cost.
Changes to Terms
Clean My Spot reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
