A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- We only clean areas and surfaces within safe reach (step stools allowed if provided).
- For deep cleaning behind appliances (e.g., stove or fridge), please pull them out ahead of time.
- We do not move heavy furniture or climb ladders for safety reasons.
We Stick to What’s Safely Reachable
Our team can clean surfaces that are within reach — either from the ground or by using a small 2–3 step ladder provided by the client. If something is too high (even with the ladder), we won’t be able to clean it for safety reasons.
Move-In / Move-Out Appliance Access
If you’re booking a Move-In or Move-Out clean, please pull out your stove or fridge in advance if you’d like us to clean behind or underneath them. For safety, our cleaners can’t move large appliances. If that’s not possible, we’ll clean the interior and exterior — just not the space behind.
Laundry Service Add-On
Laundry service is only available in homes where the washer and dryer are located inside the unit (in-suite). We’re not able to offer this add-on if your machines are in a shared or separate laundry room.
